Getting erek41 on Your Device
We offer three paths to erek41: Android via direct APK download from our website, iOS through your mobile browser, or desktop through any modern web browser. Each path requires you to verify your identity, confirm your jurisdiction, and set up a password before you can deposit or withdraw.
Download and Install
On Android, visit our website on your phone and tap the download button. Your phone will alert you that the file is from an unknown source—this is expected. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it, then resume the download and install. Once installed, open the app and proceed to account creation. On iOS, simply visit erek41.com in Safari, tap the home-screen icon, and add erek41 to your home screen. The app will load in Safari each time you tap it, storing your session locally.

App Versus Browser

Device Requirements and Compatibility
Android 7 and later are supported for the erek41 app. Most phones released in the past six years meet this requirement. On iOS, we support iOS 12 and later, again covering the vast majority of active devices. If your phone is older and runs Android 6 or iOS 11, you can still access erek41 through the browser on desktop or through an older Android device. We do not support Windows Phone or other legacy operating systems.
Common Installation Issues
If Android refuses to install the APK with a "certificate error," your phone may not trust our signing certificate. This is a security feature—Android verifies that the APK has not been tampered with. Go to Settings → Security and check that your date and time are correct; an incorrect system time often causes certificate validation to fail. If the issue persists, uninstall any previous version of erek41, clear the download cache, and retry. On iOS, if the web app does not appear on your home screen after tapping "Add to Home Screen," restart Safari and try again. If you see a warning that "erek41.com is not a trusted website," this typically means your device's certificate store is outdated; update your iOS version.
Account Data, Permissions, and Security
When you create an erek41 account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, government ID number (KTP or equivalent), email address, and mobile phone number. This data undergoes KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm your identity and ensure you are in a supported jurisdiction. We use encryption (TLS 1.2) for all data in transit and database encryption for data at rest. Your password is hashed and never stored in plaintext—even our staff cannot read it. The erek41 app requests permission to send notifications (which you can disable anytime in Account Settings), to access your device ID for login tracking, and to use your internet connection. We do not request camera, microphone, or contact-list access.
